Wholesale only: we're buying the client's car, no new car is delivered and no dealer email goes out. Save it, then schedule the pickup on the Delivery Checklist — the car lands in Vehicle Inventory.
Ordered vehicle: the deal is logged as ON ORDER. Press “Car arrived” on the deal when it reaches the sourcing dealer and the insurance request goes out then.
Baseline price only — the insurance request quotes this amount plus applicable NJ State Sales Tax, in place of the standard price table.
Not offered — the insurance request still carries the protection package at the standard price for the term.
