Switching someone's access off locks them out immediately without deleting anything they logged. Driver phone is the mobile that gets the "you've been assigned" text from Delivery Records, and it is how the portal finds the same person in Onfleet — use the number on their Onfleet driver profile. Edit changes someone's name or sign-in email — they sign in with the new address right away. Resend sends a fresh sign-in link to someone who lost theirs. Remove deletes the login for good — their vehicles stay on the board with their name on them.
